Drink More Water

A glass of water Constant headaches can be a result of dehydration. Not drinking enough water within the day can trigger two types of headaches — tension-type headaches and migraines.  For tension-type headaches, you experience mild pain with tightness around your head. This can last for a few hours to a day. On the other hand, with migraines, you experience throbbing pain in addition to nausea and sensitivity to light, sound, and smell. Make it a habit to drink at least eight glasses of water per day. You can carry a bottle around everywhere you go to remind yourself! This will also prevent you from buying sugary drinks such as soda and juice, which can only make you feel more thirsty.
